I am not creative. That’s the phrase I hear all the time and it makes me cringe. Why? Because it’s not true, not in any way, form, or fashion. For someone whose job is to be creative on a daily basis, I can certainly understand this common statement of self-doubt. However, I would challenge myself and those of us who can identify with this proclamation to think differently and start seeing ourselves not through the lens of Pinterest (which is an amazing resource for the creative), but how God sees his creation.
